Logging in for the first time

Auto-prefilling your application form

When you login to our website for the first time, we send your TFN and other details (as shown in the image below) to the ATO and retrieve some of the information that the ATO holds on their files to prepopulate the tax return form. This will help reduce the amount of time needed to complete your tax returns.

Please note that the information retrieved from the ATO:

  • May not be available in some instances
  • May not necessarily be complete or accurate all the time

We therefore request that you verify all details and amend them where necessary.
